AVOID booked and paid online had to pay again on arrival or we didn't get the room. asked for as little stairs as possible due to limited mobility Got 2nd floor 2 flights of stairs. was promised faithfully to be refunded but 3 MONTHS later still waiting Lied to on many occasions. Room was small and 2 beds squashed in where one was enough very hot and as windows could not be opened due to next to main road (unavoidable) but when asked no fans were provided so sleep was not an easy option
