    This cozy, 2-story house is just a 10-minute walk from downtown Peterborough and the lake. Perfect for families, business travelers, or weekend getaways, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    Amenities include:

    * Fully equipped kitchen
    * Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds + futon (sleeps 6) and a crib available
    * Entertainment: Two TVs (upstairs and downstairs) with Netflix and Amazon Prime
    * Outdoor living: Propane BBQ (available upon request) and shared backyard
    * Essentials provided: Clean bedding and towels

    The Space: This charming 600 sqft unit features:
    * A cozy living room with a futon, TV, and board games downstairs
    * A spacious kitchen
    * A full bathroom on the main floor
    * Two bedrooms upstairs, connected by a walk-through layout
    * A second bathroom and an additional TV with Netflix upstairs

    Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit, including the living room, kitchen, both bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Enjoy the shared backyard, and if you'd like to use the barbecue, simply let us know to arrange a time.

    Additional Details:
    * Parking: The driveway is shared with the neighboring unit and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available, and I’ll reimburse parking tickets if needed.
    * BBQ: If you plan to use the propane grill, please notify us in advance to reserve a time slot.

Visiting my son in Peterborough

Property was easy to find. The location was not what i was expecting. The house is cute. Kitchen had basic utilities which suited our needs. No extractor fans in the kitchen or bathroom. We set the smoke detector off when we were cooking. You are not able to control the temperature in the house as there was no thermostat. I am assuming it was in the house next door. The futon in the living room was very uncomfortable, but the beds were comfy. Nice to be able to watch Netflix, which was a nice touch. in the home as there was no thermostat

Don't stay at this property

The photos and description of the property completely misrepresented the reality. One bathroom was without a sink. The other had the same feel as an airplane bathroom. Bedroom upstairs did not have a door to separate them from the staircase. One had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom without the sink was outside of the bedrooms on top of the staircase, The living area had a old couch and a couple of camping chairs. We decided not to stay at the property and checked into the hotel instead!
