This hotel is very convenient to stopping on the way up to Ottawa from St. Catharines. Berc's Steakhouse is just up the road for dinner. The hotel is clean, quiet and a fabulous breadkfast is included.

We have stayed in this hotel before. And they never cease to amaze me The front desk are Great !!! Thanks Nicole and Hazel !!! It's a great hotel and lots of options for breakfast. I would highly recommend it

Wonderful staff at check-in. We appreciated all the little extras offered: 24 hour free tea, coffee etc, plus milk and cream to take to your room so nasty powered stuff for in-room coffee! The location along the River was nice and we loved having a porch and direct access to the River. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were excellent friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were as expected, clean, good beds, all I needed. Did not use pool but others were and looked good. Breakfast a disappointment and if I could opt out of it and saved money I would.
