Villa Nino is situated in an absolutely idyllic location with plenty of privacy between Termoli and Vasto on the east coast of Italy. The barrier-free holiday home has a cozy living room, a home theater area with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with one double bed and two bunk beds plus a cot), as well as one bathroom. It therefore can accommodate 8 people.The child-friendly holiday home is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, cable TV, a fitness studio, a baby cot, a cot and a highchair. An absolute highlight is the personal home theater, which is equipped with a sound system for CDs and DVDs and provides for entertaining evenings. In the outdoor area you will find a pretty garden with a pool, which is idyllically lit at night. Enjoy meals together under the covered terrace with a barbecue, sunbathe on one of the deck chairs by the pool or let the evening end with a glass of wine under the starry sky. In 12 minutes you can reach the shopping centre Insieme and after only 13 minutes by car you will find the centre of the village San Salvo, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés. The sandy beach Marina di Petacciato is 11 minutes away by car and provides bathing fun for the whole family.



More beds can be added upon request. Parking is available on the property. 3 pets maximum are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price (3 towels per person). Coffee capsules for the coffee machine as well as 4 bicycles (2 for adults and 2 for children from 3-5 years old) and a paddling pool for children are at your disposal. At the beach Marina di Petacciato you will get a sunshade for free. A baby sitting service is available upon request and for an extra fee.
