La Sella - Holiday Home in Tuscany with private pool

  • Typical restored farmhouse immersed in the green wonderful woods in the hillside (600 m. about sea level) situated in the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps. The area is ideal for long walks, excursions on mountain bike or rock climbing. External space, partly paved partly with lawn furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, sun shade, barbecue, pizza oven and salt water pool (10x3,50 m., deep 170/40 cm., open 01.05-30.09.). External room with washing machine and ironing board. Panorama over the surrounding hills . One can use the water for cooking and washing; we recommend to buy mineral water for drinking. The last 80 m. of the road are asphalted but steep.

    Ground floor : Large portico, entrance/living room with double divan bed and TV with sat. antenna/ kitchen corner with microwave oven & dishwasher/dining room with bathroom with shower, double bedroom, twin/double bedroom.
    Very well furnished.

    The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Gastvrouw was niet aanwezig in het huis en super goed bereikbaar. Wij gingen voor privacy en rust en dat vonden we daar zeker. Savonds prachtige sterren en veel dieren te horen/zien, fantastisch en proper zwembad, zowel binnen als buiten alles in orde.

Sehr schön gelegen und super ruhig. Der Preis ist allerdings langer Anfahrtsweg auf sehr enger und schlechter Strasse.
