"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. "

"El hotel muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Los chicos que trabajan el hotel son muy amables. Si debo comentar que actualmente la carta del restaurante es muy pequeña, pero nos han indicado que ello se debe a que la cocina es chica, pero que pronto la van a ampliar y con ello tendrán la posibilidad de ampliar la carta. "The staff was superb. I wasn’t feeling well and they took my temperature brought me more blankets and pillows, very accommodating. My stay was amazing. Aside from getting sick, the hotel and amenities were perfect. Breakfast was always good and the staff was always friendly. I will return."
"Free shuttle service was great. Staff were very friendly and allowed us to do an early check-in. Showers were nice and hot and beds were very comfortable."
"Great hotel in a convenient location. We spent a few days here at the beginning of our Peru trip to acclimate before beginning our Machu Picchu tour. The hotel is a short walk to Plaza Armas with the Temple and many shops along the way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a small coffee shop that also serves box breakfasts and lunches if you need one for your tour. Coca and Muna teas are available in the lobby all day long. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and begins at 3am for those who have early tours to get to."
"Room was so comfortable. Nice sitting area to view the ocean
Allowed a late check out.
Great dinner recomendation at Alfresco
Wonderful seafood
The large bathtub was alittle much considering we are in a drought region
Great stay"
"I stayed at the InterContinental dor 7 days and found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located next to Larcomar, Unfortunately, a billing issue significantly impacted my overall experience.
During my stay, questions were raised regarding my fiancée staying with me, apparently they have a schedule for visitors, I discussed the matter with hotel management and was informed that the related charges would be waived. Based on that conversation, I understood the issue to be resolved and expected my final bill to reflect that agreement.
However, upon checkout, I found that the charges had still been applied. I raised the issue because it was inconsistent with what I had been told during my stay. Clear communication and accurate billing are important aspects of customer service, and in this case my expectations were not met.
While I appreciated the hotel’s location and cleanliness, the handling of this matter left me disappointed. I hope management reviews its communication and billing processes to help prevent similar situations for future guests."
"We stayed 2 nights .
After 30 hrs traveling the room was perfect.
Spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The service provided by the staff both before and during our stay was first class and could not be faulted .
Great service from reception, bar sand restaurant service was ⭐️.
We had to leave early after the 2nd night and they provided a good take away package ."
