Pungent Mould Smell..
Your house was presented nicely, in a great location, however there was a pungent mould /damp smell to the apartment, particularly the middle bedroom. It actually smelt like Urine!!!.. We had to constantly air the whole apartment out to try and remove the smell, however this did not make much difference at all. My daughter is an asthmatic, The damp mould smell, started irritating her immediately, she found it hard to breathe, was coughing profusely, had a blocked congested, irritated nose and throat and felt very unwell for the entire stay and continues to be unwell since returning home. I really hope you rectify this issue as it can be very serious to some people and I would hate for anyone else to end up as unwell as my daughter is after staying at your property......

There was 5 girlfriends form different states got together for a surprise 60th we had the best time and the house was superb, we had everything we needed it was walking distance to everything, the styling of the house was perfect for the location.

Street level apartment. Very loud and drunk peoples getting out of nearby restaurant and walked in-front of the front balcony. Not pleasant. Bed mattress not recent or poor quality and couch is overdue to be change for some comfort. Sorry but at that price it should be impeccable

This place was amazing. Lovely bottle of sparkling on arrival. Beautiful balcony looking over the canels. Sitting on the balcony this morning and we seen dolphins frolicking in the water. Very special moment. Would highly recommend this place for anyone.

REALLY REALLY SURPRISED!! IT WAS AMAZING!!
We LOVED the location/apartment and the fact it was dog friendly! Super nice and clean - which is a MUST for me. Yellow Glenn on arrival. Nespresso machine and pods. Could have done with more darkness in the rooms for sleeping. I slept in the middle bedroom with no windows, bit it still nad this windows wall thing that light would come through- unfortunately I'm very light sensitive and dome sleep when there’s even the slightest amount of light. Otherwise a totally AMAZING place to stay, and you get to bring your furball!! I would definitely stay there again!! The view ans location were second to none!! Mel is an amazing host and super quick to respond.... thank you Mel! You are amazing host!!

Thank you Mel!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! - so much so I’m sure we will be back! The bed was very comfy and flying down from a tropical location, I really enjoyed that there were heaters in the bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped with good quality appliances - I found the sandwich press especially convenient for making lunches on the go! The place was very clean and the sofa was very comfy. Good quality washing machine and dryer. Our dog enjoyed the stay, there was a park 100m away that was empty most of the time. The location was very close to everything - the marina. A good Thai restaurant and other dine in options. I really appreciated the good communication from Mel prior to arrival and throughout our stay, and a very organised check in process. As mentioned, we will be back and thank you for being pet friendly!!! ❤️

Great space in great place, stayed here 3 times in 4 years - WE WILL BE BACK!
Firstly our host Imelda - was friendly & efficient in her correspondence with us regarding the booking and the check-in process. 3 generations from 13yo to over 70yo - this space in this place suited us all - 3 good size and private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with great showers & one with washing machine and dryer. A large balcony overlooking the canal allowed for a space to sit and watch the world go by, with the smaller entry space having a great high bench & stools allowing another watching space. The lounge / dining / kitchen area suited our needs. There are lots and lots of nearby eating places from more upmarket to neighbourhood gems. Lots of walks suiting the 'stroll to the energetic work-out' are all available, and great scenery galore in the Mandurah area.

Everything was what we expected and more. My family and I were not disappointed, the place itself was not only clean and spacious but really quite beautiful, with a stunning view of the marina where most days around 3pm we were greeted by dolphins. Restaurants, shops and the beach were all within walking distance so the place was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Mandurah. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place, we will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting from Sydney 😄

Luxurious, central and comfortable apartment with great views!
We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Views. The apartment is luxuriously furnished with extremely comfortable beds and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The patio is big with amazing views of the canal and it was so nice to sit and relax and watch the boats go by. The underground parking was close to the apartment entrance. The apartment is so centrally located that we could walk everywhere we needed to go. We wish we could have stayed longer. Mel was very responsive to queries and replied almost instantly. Being able to have our little dog with us was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was fantastic I was travelling with my parents and there were no stairs inside so that was great. The dolphins came out to play so that was amazing easy to walk to restaurants didn't need the car. Grandkids came to visit and the park was right there kept them busy all day.

Thankyou Mel for the use of your apartment. It was everything it was advertised and more. You didnt mention the pelicans that swam by each morning, what a treat. The unit was spotless and there was everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the canal just divine. It was just a short walk around the corner to all the restaurants and cafes.
