- Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This freshly renovated 3-bedroom house offers the ideal blend of modern comfort and seaside charm, located just a short walk from the beach and Tods cafe.
The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, and the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy either indoors or in the fully fenced garden with BBQ and lounge area.
All three bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind, featuring cozy beds and fresh linens. There is one split air conditioning unit in the house, located in one of the bedrooms. The rest are fitted with ceiling fans, which are perfect for cooling at night.
Plenty of free private parking, with two undercover spaces in front of the main entrance.
Nestled in the picturesque Halls Head, this home is ideal for a relaxed weekend retreat, holiday stays, or bringing your boat or jet ski to enjoy outdoor activities at Mandurah Marina.
