The Country Nook. A relaxing retreat from the city.

A peaceful country retreat nestled alongside a beautiful forested area, this unique space was once a barn and has since been thoughtfully converted into the welcoming getaway it is today. A small screened-in patio off the back is the perfect place to enjoy quiet mornings surrounded by nature.

Scenic hiking trails are located just a 2-minute walk away, and the world-famous Stratford Festival is only a 15-minute drive, making this an ideal escape from city life while still being close to local attractions.

The Country Nook is located right beside our home, yet offers a great deal of privacy. We live on the property and are always happy to help—please don’t hesitate to knock or send us a message if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

Please note that there is no cellular service at the property. However, Wi-Fi calling allows your cellphone to function normally over Wi-Fi. With your opening message, we’ll send clear instructions on how to set this up prior to arrival.

We also have two large, friendly dogs who roam our property and are contained using an Invisible Fence system. They are not permitted inside the retreat unit. If you’d like to meet them, just let us know.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are in place facing the driveway and the Nook entrance. These cameras do not look into the unit and are used solely to monitor the property.
