Check in was slow and felt disorganised. Baggage handler great. Room - bed ok, lack of bedside storage. Bathroom floor very slippery, no grab rails in shower. Disappointed with seating in room more designed for business traveller. Lounge - very disappointed and worst lounge we have used on our travels. No access to cold drinks during day, no staff during day, no atmosphere at all. Not enough comfortable seating all geared up for dining space. Limited food offerings in the lounge and nothing during the day except cookies. Breakfast - overall good but hot food wasn’t hot and egg chef not present enough. Poor instructions about mini bar in room and would expect daily restocking of complimentary items especially given the lack of water and other soft drinks in the lounge. Check out was smooth and efficient. Staff were generally friendly but we did have to ask many questions given the lack of information provided during check in and available in room. Pool - could be improved by some music to mask road noise and availability of drinks and snacks nearby. Conclusion - first time using Pan Pacific and didn’t feel that Perth was a good advert for the brand.
