On the ground floor: entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen with induction cooktop, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor: one bedroom (1 160-bed), one bedroom (1 140-bed), one bedroom (2 90-beds, bunk beds), and a bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor: one bedroom (1 160-bed), one bedroom (2 90-beds), and a relaxation area. The kitchen opens onto a terrace with outdoor furniture, a large yard (with a swing), and a pool with a sun deck. Reservations require a minimum stay of 4 nights, and a discount is available for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Heating is billed based on actual usage.
