We stayed here with my family and our 22 month old. It was in a good location relative to the fairgrounds where our niece was graduating. I would consider this place again if we come back to town.

Great location, close to everything in Perry. The host was kind enough to provide some snacks and drinks in the fridge, and the kitchen was well stocked enough to cook a meal. Awesome place to stay, would stay here again in the future!!

Wonderful stay!

Came to Perry for an event at the nearby fairgrounds. This felt like a home away from home. The family room was so comfortable with the L-shaped couch, the beds and bathrooms were great, the kitchen well-stocked and the location was close to everything. Great home and great host!

Pictures don’t do justice

Rooms are spacious much larger than the pictures makes them look, and beds where comfortable. The area was quiet and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Would book again.

Great place!! Very clean and house well stocked. Even had snacks, bottled water, and coffee pods there for us when we arrived. It was nice to be able to bring our pup and house has a fenced in backyard. Mitch’s communication was great and we highly recommend his place !!

2024 it is a newly renovated tastefully appointed home. It isn't a typical rental as the linens and bedding were very nice and comfortable. We come to Perry quite a bit and look forward to a return stay.
