Renovated house with panoramic views of the bay and the 7 islands

  • Located on the natural site of the Clarté mound in Perros-Guirec, our house has been entirely
    renovated. It is atypical because it is inverted: the bedrooms, bathroom, and WC are on the ground floor and the living room upstairs. It offers a panoramic view of the bay of Trégastel and the castle of Coastaerès in Ploumanac'h.
    Close to the customs trail, on the Pink Granite Coast and 800m from the large beach of Perros-Guirec, it has an enclosed garden and a summer kitchen.
    Its location ensures peace and quiet, beautiful view and sunset, but also shops nearby, and Sunday morning market.
