It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

To call this a 4* hotel is laughable. It says it quite clearly on the front. The room - blackout curtains - no way. The room was so bright from the neon lights from the neighbouring industrial site, I could not sleep. The pullows were super thin. When I asked for 2 more for my son and I, they told me they only had one spare hahaha - in the whole hole;. Shocking. We went to drink some water from the glass provided in the room - both had not been cleaned and had some dried drink in it. They did not change our towels when they changed our sheets. The room and whole hotel need serious upgrading and renovation. They said they have a jacuzzi - it’s an inflatable one you can get in a supermarket. It also does not work, had no water and was empty. They said they had a spa, this was never open. They said they had a sauna. This was broken They said they had a gym. Nearly all the equipment was broken, missing or not cleaned. They said they had a pool. First they said they couldn’t use it. Then after pouring in a lot of chlorine let my child and I in after 10 minutes. Surely this is not safe. Again this was another example of poor facilities, service and attention to detail. Mainly I’m annoyed with the false advertising, and to be fair the staff were nice.

Déçus pour un 4 ****

Première assignation dans une chambre où la section salle de bain avec bain-douche vitrée avait été rénovée, mais où la toilette était défectueuse. (Dans cette chambre, il y avait une machine pour le café.) Ne pouvant pas réparer la toilette, on nous assigne une nouvelle chambre. Cette fois-ci, la salle de bain n’est pas rénovée. C’est une chambre pour handicapés avec douche. Au sol, il y a un rebord métallique dangereux. Nous avons aussi un rideau de douche douteux qui nous colle sur le corps. Cette fois, nous n’avons pas accès à une machine à café. (Nous avons une bouilloire). Décevant pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Déçue de ce « 4 étoiles » Je séjourne dans des 3 étoiles beaucoup mieux équipés . Salle de bain plus que basique sans équipements et avec douche très peu pratique et en mauvais état . Vi havnet på dette sjarmerende hotellet da vi fikk dekk problemer på vei hjem fra Spania. Kan ikke få fullrost damen i resepsjonen nok. Hun snakket godt engelsk og var utrolig hjelpsom, hun ringte dekkforhandlere og snakket med franske utgaven av naf, hun stod virkelig på. Frokosten var veldig god, og restauranten kan virkelig anbefales. Vi kommer tilbake.

Je viens assez souvent dans cet hôtel tous les 15 jours en moyenne, et je suis toujours satisfait de l’accueil du personnel qui est à l’écoute de ses clients, qui est très accueillant et chaleureux. J’ai pas l’habitude de manger au restaurant hier soir, j’y suis allé et que ce soit au niveau gustatif, ou au niveau du service, tout était excellent. Bravo à Elodie pour son Acceuil et son sourire qui rend agréable l’expérience.

Salle de sport, totalement obsolète dans une cave bizarre, le sauna n’est pas en état de marche, la cuillère à café de ma chambre était sale avant mon arrivée. 16€ pour un petit déjeuner. C’est le prix d’un dîner… J’ai essayé de donner mon avis à la personne de l’accueil, mais apparemment elle préfère que je le donne sur Internet. Bon courage à vous pour remettre cet hôtel en marche.

Alles Top, immer wieder gerne.

Wir stoppen immer hier auf der Durchreise nach Spanien. Sind sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Klasse Service, gutes Essen und ein geschlossener, kameraüberwachter Parkplatz. Haustierfreundlich, so dass wir auch mit unseren Hund hier übernachten können. Sind gerne hier und werden sicherlich auch beim nächsten Mal hier einkehren.

Cet établissement n’est plus un 4 *

Nous avons loué 4 chambres et prévenu que nous avions une cérémonie de mariage Mais la personne au téléphone n’a pas voulu en tenir compte pour organiser le ménage différemment ! Du coup la famille a dû ce changé sur un parking et n’a pue avoir leur chambre que tard dans la nuit ! Merci à vous c’était vraiment une super journée ! De plus quand je suis arrivé j’ai dû attendre car à 15 h la chambre n’était toujours pas prête ! Le ménage a été fait à la vas vite Des cheveux dans la douche , le lavabo bouché ,le verrouillage de la porte fenêtre Hs , des taches sur les murs……… bref une très mauvaise expérience et qui sera la dernière
