"Wonderful stay. There are more locals then tourists in the area which made the stay feel less busy and more tranquil which is what we wanted. Aristofanis was very helpful with transport as the property is rural and we didn’t have our own vehicle. If you want to explore, hiring transport is definitely required. "We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, with a special mention for housekeeping, who did an excellent job and were always pleasant. Our panoramic bungalow was great — quiet, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. It felt very peaceful, which was exactly what we wanted. The hotel grounds were also beautifully kept and clearly well looked after. The main area for improvement was breakfast. There was a good spread, and the cold food was very good, but it became a bit like Groundhog Day, with exactly the same food every morning and even the same music tracks playing at the same times each day. The English-style hot food was poor: the bacon was more like warmed-up ham, the scrambled eggs were lumpy, and the sausage was inedible. One other point: although this is advertised as an adults-only hotel, we did see several youngsters who looked as young as around 14, which felt a little odd given the description. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would still recommend the hotel, especially for the setting, the views, the quietness, and the excellent staff. With a better and more varied breakfast, it would be even stronger."

"To set expectations, this is not a 5 star hotel by today’s standards. I’m sure it was 5 star 15 years ago, but this is a dated property in desperate need of updating to live up to the 5* tag they claim. The beach had sewer smells, the gym was a token gesture to dated fitness equipment with no aircon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a welcome surprise. Very wide range of food and good quality ingredients. The bedroom was clean and welcoming. Would I stay for a week. No. Would I stay a night before a flight. Yes. Just be clear on what you are expecting from this property."

"I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages. It is a luxurious hotel with multiple pools and restaurants. Amazing food options for our family with various dietary requirements (Ie Gluten-Free and Vegan). All allergens were clearly displayed at the buffet which made it very easy for us. They even made a gluten-free pizza for my wife at the a la carte restaurant. Only slight downside is that the private hotel beach is not sandy but still a nice beach for our 4 and 6 year old children with some artificial sand. They also allowed 30 minute free use of some of the water sports at the private beach which is amazing. We travelled to Georgios beach around 20minutes taxi journey (40euro) for a lovely sandy beach! We would definitely visit and use the hotel again!!! Thanks"

"Great facilities. Ideal for families. Lovely little resort outside the hotel. Had comfort room with sea view. Very basic, no hair dryer, only 2 plugs so not ideal for 3 people with phones etc. Bathroom needs renovation and room was very noisy. Gorgeous views. Has crepes and ice cream parlour. Pizza pasta and salad bar. Sandwich hotdogs tacos bar. Loads of food choices. Would stay here again but in a better room. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning."

"Lovely location with very helpful staff throughout the property- from the front desk to the restaurant to the pool and bar areas. People went out of their way to take care of us. Small details could use attention- broken curtains in room letting light in the morning, old hair dryers, stains on some furniture (lots of kids around). Also, there were some noisy weddings and events that made it difficult to sleep on two nights and crowds of families arrived at the middle of the week making pool space unavailable. Great recommendations from concierge for restaurants in old town and nearby Benitses."
