The hotel was magnificent, very well kept, helpful and kind staff with great service. The beach area was fantastic, great views and table service. We had a wonderful stay celebrating a milestone birthday- we will definitely return, this time with the children.

Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. Pools were a little too cold but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was great to spend the day at Avali hotel too! Would highly recommend both hotels.

The quality and choice of food in the restaurants needs to be improved. Very few lifts in the property so we had to reply on buggies to take us around. Overall lovely stay. The kids loved the water park which was well maintained and looked after.

Very busy Terraza buffet restaurant. Would try to dine in the a la carte if possible as less cafe like. Range of food and wine was amazing. Cocktails truly lovely. Would also try to get to the other sister hotels if we were there longer, either to the pools or bars to have a break away from the small children in MarBella. Explore the island incl day trip to Corfu Town or a boat trip or 2. Gaio in Paxos beautiful.

Lovely pools and sea! Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast at the restaurants as well as pool and beach. Good daily housekeeping. Room we had was on 4th floor and could hear transmittex noises from upstairs during daytime.Food at buffet was mediocre but in our 7 nights stay, we could dine at all carte restaurants where food was better. All in all, I enjoyed the stay.

This is a great hotel, our room had a hot tub and huge balcony. Food was good and Ltd of choice. Two large pools and on the beach, staff are great. If you want a couples only holiday don’t book this hotel. Kids everywhere and they run riot

The room with the jacuzzi was amazing! The panorama view on the sea with the sunrise was stunning. The buffet restaurant had quite a lot of varieties of meals and they tasted good.

Great place. Very big and set on a steep hill so you need to get your bearings ass exploring on foot in the summer heat is wearing! Lifts almost everywhere though for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are absolutely first class. Food was great. Kids pool great although beware 3 of the 7 slides have height restrictions over 1.2m which reduced options a bit for our 6 yo. À la carte restaurants all very nice. All a bit of a faff to book activities/restaurant tables as different apps for different things. Email Hotel in advance of arrival to get à la carte restaurants booked as they get full. Poolside drinks etc via app order very good and well organised. Technophobes may struggle a bit albeit you can order from passing staff too.
