"Staff was great. Front desk recommended dinner at Olivia’s down the street. That was great also. Rooms could be a little cleaner but still nice overall. Great views of the city and Tampa Bay. Great location and central to everything downtown. Will stay again,"

"The staff, location and amenities are excellent. If you stay here get a room that’s facing the ocean or the courtyard. Our room was facing the parking lot and was on the first level. I felt it was a little over priced given its location in resort."

"there is someone at the desk sometimes but they can’t really help with much, other than check in and check out. they don’t have towels or anything like that you have to wait for house keeping"
