"This is the second time we have stayed at The Cottages on the Green in Pensacola, Florida. This is located in a quiet, safe area. There are plenty of parking places. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our cottage had a small refrigerator, coffee maker and supplies, ironing board and iron, and a large size TV. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect for my college daughter and myself. Plenty of room and we loved the beach look in the condo. Parking just outside the door. Enjoyed the beach, we drove and so close. Nothing to do with the owners of this condo but the resort pool area needs some TLC, the pool needed cleaning, but I still enjoyed it. We would rent here again if available when we come back. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with!! Great time!!"

"First off, the listing stated dog friendly, the second day we're there, we get a message from Vacasa that it's not pet friendly, that we have to leave, they'll get us a pet friendly place, but it's nowhere as close to the beach or water view like we have, they wouldn't refund my money, got harassed for 2 days, we stayed. "There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty."
