"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was always fresh, tasted good and selection/variety was impressive. Buffet always clean, and well maintained. The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive. The beaches near the hotel are kinda rocky, if you want a nice sandy beach there is Agia Pelagia Beach, it’s 10 min drive. The housekeeping lady in our section was so friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff was very friendly, we had no issues. Definitely recommend this hotel "

"We enjoyed our 10 day trip in Happy Cretan . Everything was good close to nice beach. We enjoyed the bike ride that is offered by free. The only complaint was that first night in the restaurant that we went the bill was to expensive compared to all restaurants in the Crete. "

The all-inclusive package was well worth it—great food and drinks, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We mentioned it was our honeymoon and were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and romantic setup. The resort’s location made it easy to walk to the beach and town each evening. "Overall amazing experience. Very clean, food was varied and tasty. Only downside is the beach was close, but there is no sunbeds for free. You need to pay to rent the sunbeds, as they are owned by another hotel. Service in the hotel was very good and prompt, they were very helpful throughout our stay. Definetely worth it if you just want a couple days of relax and enjoying inside. "
