Named after the osprey that often soars overhead, this architecturally designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a rare fusion of elegance, comfort, and nature – perfect for families, friends, and design lovers alike.

Fresh from a high-end renovation led by Studio Atelier, this two-storey retreat offers open-plan luxury and thoughtful details throughout. On the ground level, three beautifully styled bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and relaxed living and dining areas flow seamlessly to the alfresco terrace—complete with a BBQ, smoker, outdoor shower, fireplace, and manicured lawns. From the living areas and outdoor spaces, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views over the sand dunes and out to the ocean and horizon.
