Confusion about entering the dwelling, front instead of rear. Microwave was dirty, had food splattered all over inside, had to be cleaned before using. Didn't know coffee pot was just Kerig, not regular pot. Could use more TP for 11 day stay. Also more garbage bags for same. Front walk had piles ...

Property was damaged live wires hanging from where fire dectors should of been. It was NOT up to code and they refused a refund turning into health dept as i have pictures
