Heirloom Home is a home away from home

Our stay at this charming home was so relaxing and inviting. This is our third time staying at the Heirloom Home and we can not recommend it enough. The fully equipped kitchen made for easy meal prep and the cozy living room and den were delightful to relax in at the end of the day.

I stayed here with my Brother, Sister and Cousin for two nights to attend our Aunt's funeral service. It was so nice to be able to unwind and reminisce in this beautiful home versus staying in hotel rooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were my favorite rooms -very open, welcoming and bright! Truly just steps to the downtown area. After check out, my sister and I shopped at a few boutique-type stores and ate at the nearby brewery. We'd stay at the Heirloom again!!

Great location near the Washington square. The house has everything you need & more with little decor touches throughout that made you feel at home. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of space to hang out in the living room and dining room. All bedrooms are extremely spacious with comfortable bedding.

This house had absolutely everything we needed for our 2-day stay to visit family in Washington. Within walking distance to unique shops and cafes. Immaculately clean, very well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Plenty of parking space in a safe environment. We plan to stay here for future visits to Washington if it's available. Sister weekend

Location was perfect. House was clean and plenty of room for all of us. 7 adults on a girls family weekend. We played games every evening and had family suppers at the large table. Lindy’s is a short walk and has excellent chicken for takeout. Enjoyed our weekend on Washington and house was short walking distance to the square. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. We loved the historic charm of the house that was kept but also updated with modern conveniences. We appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, body wash available in the bathrooms as this was something we forgot. It was very clean and the two king beds very comfortable. Walking to the coffee shop and other shops literally across the street was something we enjoyed. If we ever find ourselves in the Peoria area again, we will be sure to stay here again.

Beautiful home

We were completely blown away by the comfort of this home. The rooms are bright and airy. The Master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with nice dishes and cutlery. We had a wonderful weekend at this home. My only critique is the beds up stairs. The stairs are VERY steep. If someone is at all physically challenged, they will have difficult time going up stairs. They are also very unsafe for small children to go up and down. The position of the childs crib is also close to an outlet. We moved the bed for safety
