The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the outstanding breakfast selection. The location is excellent, making it a great base for exploring Chongqing, an amazing city with so much to offer. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. Everything about my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing. Definitely a five-star experience, and I would happily stay here again!"

I liked the location which is not in the crazy area of Chongqing. You easily can DiDi there in 5 minutes. The views from the hotel bar deck are fabulous. Stay here if you can when in Chongqing!!!"

"Not unsatisfied. Was expecting a bathtub and got a shower but they offered to switch us the next day if we wanted. The hotel itself is on the 38th floor of an office building so infrastructure issues like the long waits for an elevator are out of their control. Location is great, plenty of food places right outside open till midnight. A mall across the street and other night markets within walking distance. I would stay again,the staff was helpful and accommodating."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! We speak very limited Mandarin but we were able to communicate well with the staff both in person and through wechat. They were very responsive and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Location was great. You're walking distance from the main shopping area. The only thing that is annoying is the elevator. I believe the cloud eye observation deck is in the same building along with some other things? You have to transfer elevators halfway up. During rush hour everyone is pushing and shoving to get into the elevators."
