"The property was older than the pictures posted. Central AC was also not turned on yet in late March, only heater was on due to cooler weather. However, it was too hot for us unless you open the windows. However, do note that there is a massive construction right across from the property, so if you sleep with the windows open, it is very noisy in the in morning. Overall though, its good value for money as the location was excellent, central and walkable to many attractions. The staff from checkin to housekeeping were also very friendly and helpful."

"Many things to do in the immediate area around the hotel. High end stores are abundant and many tourists trips are available. The staff at the hotel secured me a private tour guide I used him several times during my stay. The room was extremely clean and very romantic bathtub for two that let you look out at the view, a sauna in the room for two, walk in shower for two. This was also one of the most reasonable priced room I could find, went beyond all my expectations. Draw backs: the hotel is the 38th floor of the building it is located in if you don’t like heights I would not recommend it. Finding the hotel was difficult the hotel name is listed in the buildings lobby on the menu, other hotels in the same building. Maps on my phone kept me going in circles around the block until I asked a helpful Chinese girl who spoke English if she could help me, She took me to the building and said it’s on the 38th floor I never would have found it on my own."

"Convenient visit tourist spot and many eatering shop around. Room huge and clean. Staff are friendly and easy to call taxi within minute. "

"This room certainly has WOW factor when you look at the pictures online. The location is exceptional, located across the road from Raffles City Hotel and Shopping Mall. The views are also incredible on the 37th floor. The room itself is pretty rough around the edges and in my opinion is not worth the extra money. We have also stayed at the Intercontinental in Raffles City and this is truly exceptional and was about 70% of the price of this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, however when we were checking out, they could not call a taxi/car for us as they do not offer this service. Also no restaurant or breakfast is offered at the hotel."
