The keyless entry was great, the property was spotless and the use of a kitchen, ironing board and a seating area was a real bonus.The location was great as it was a short walk from the sea front, restaurants and shops plus a short drive from plenty of attractions.

Really big modern room, great there was a fridge in the room. convenient to town and located close to promenade. would definitely re-visit. clean bed and sofa bed comfy, handy to have a kitchen as well.

I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. Room to hang clothes, Fridge for snacks I had with me, Shower lovely and hot. Big TV with plenty of channels. Best bit was the bed. I suffer with back and many times if I stay away I always have backache by the morning. No backache all week.The only problem I had was I could not connect to the Wi Fi. It wasn't a necessity for me. Thank you Seascape I will book again in the summer as need to go back to Penzance. KY

Very pleasantly surprised when we got to this property. Very clean, good location, secure, quiet, comfortable bed, lovely view and everything we needed. Would certainly come here again.

Lovely spacious room with decent sized bathroom, storage and good facilities mini fridge and dehumidifier in the room along with a kettle and TV the only issue was the milk sachets were out of date. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required the lounge area is spacious with a large table

On arrival we had no where to park. This was not stated also there were probably 3 flights of stair to our room, again not stated. The room was ok but we picked a sea view room if you tucked yourself tight up to the left hand wall you could see a bit of the sea. Not what it showed you on the website. We didnt even stay a night. We found accommodation down the road that had what we required not false advertising. No refund offered but a 15% discount for our inconvenience. How very kind!!

The stay on the whole was great but, please change the mattress as this was really uncomfortable. In addition, the headboard and its two attached shelves at pillow height are a H&S concern with the easy risk of banging your head into them at any point in the night!

Wouldn’t book again
Travelled to Penzance from Dorset for a funeral. Check in instructions and communication good. Easy to access, parking was available. Communal areas in good clean condition. Stayed on room 4 on the first floor. Size of room generous, very small bed for the size of room. The furniture of low quality. The mattress on the bed was appalling / no support and very uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible. The sea view advertised was a joke, the view is largely of a car park and tennis courts with at best a ‘glimpse’ of the sea in the extreme background - only visible if you are standing. The en suite size was awful - I’ve seen bigger shower cubicles on a caravan. It was clean and everything worked as it should. The plumbing was very noisy and the room was supposed to be soundproofed / it was not. Noises comings and goings from the other residents and very noisy plumbing. The building is in a nice location but just a converted house so surrounded by residential streets.

Great location to base yourself for touring around the area. One suggestion for the management team is to set up the dining / lounge area with some lounge chairs and perhaps a TV in the room so you can relax rather than sitting on the solid wood bench seats. Overal a great place.

great location
a great location. very easy to get to restaurants and to walk along the water. the room was very comfortable and attractive. i would definitely stay again. it was quite quiet and bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable and clean
It was so easy to check in and out. Excellent cleanliness and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bit of a leak from the shower tray but otherwise all perfect

The only good aspect of this property is the view we had, bed hard, shower beyond small, wifi crawls (probably someone was streaming), almost no parking, etc.

Nice location on seafront
The room was decorated very nicely there was just a few things that let it down. When the sun rises the blinds do not block out the sun so we was both awake very early, could do with curtains. Bathroom was tiny with barely any room to move around. Fridge was noisy aswell as the house next to the property , playing music most of the time. Also sea view room , you could only see a small portion of the sea from a distance , this wasn’t my understanding of a sea view room which was a shame.

Nice stay.
The room is clean and nice. It has it’s own small fridge, kettle and cups and glasses. Towels are provided. Plus free coffee, milk, sugar and tea which you can top up from there kitchen supplies.

Good place to have a short stay.
Close to Lidl and co op, the site only 2 private parking space, but not difficult to find on street parking. Room is clean and tidy, but the bed was too soft for me. Didnt use the share kitchen, but looks all appliances and in place.

We'll be back!
This property was in excellent condition, our room was immaculate, very spacious and comfortable. We will certainly be back at this location. It's also very well located for the promanade and some very nice restaurants within very short walks
