The Space:
Little Penkernick is to the side of a seperate main house, the annexe has its own private entrance and private decked patio area to the front with outdoor seating.

The annexe is open plan, double bed, sofa, tv, dining table with bar stools, fully equipped kitchen and seperate shower room and w.c.

The annexe has WIFI the tv is standard freeview channels.

Linen and towels are provided.

Guest Access:
The annexe is privately yours for the duration of your stay including the decked area. The garden is not included in the booking it belongs to the main house.

Other Things to Note:
No pets are allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
We are based locally, however we are not availble on the phone 24/7 we are availble during the day and early evening but not through the tnight. We will always aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
