Younger guests will also love the garden swing.

A separate utility room adds extra practicality for longer stays, and the property benefits from two private driveway parking spaces. The property is also on one-level.

    The Neighborhood:

Kitticarn is a truly special place to unwind, perched above the coastline with breathtaking panoramic views across the North Atlantic Ocean. From the property, you can look out towards Longships Lighthouse off Land’s End, and on especially clear days, even catch sight of the Isles of Scilly on the horizon. It’s the perfect place to slow down, switch off, and simply enjoy the peace, sea air, and ever-changing coastal scenery.

For beach lovers, there are some incredible spots nearby. Gwynver Beach, the closest to Kitticarn, is a spectacular stretch of golden sand backed by cliffs, with rock pools to explore and excellent surf. Access is via a steep cliff path and steps, adding to its secluded feel. While there are no facilities here, its unspoilt beauty makes it well worth the effort. Lifeguards are on duty from end of May to end of October.

Just along the coast, Sennen Cove offers a lively beach scene with surf schools, cafés, parking, and lifeguard patrols during the season.

The coastal path from Sennen leads to Land’s End, with dramatic cliff-top views along the way. Don’t miss the old Coastguard Lookout or the Round House Gallery near the lifeboat station, showcasing local Cornish art.

A short drive away, St Just offers shops, pubs, local history, and fascinating prehistoric sites, while nearby Cape Cornwall is one of the region’s most dramatic beauty spots. Porthcurno, just five miles away, is home to the world-famous Minack Theatre, where summer performances take place against one of the most spectacular backdrops in Britain.

Explore Mousehole, birthplace of the famous Stargazy Pie, or head to Penzance for shops, restaurants, galleries, the seafront lido, and ferry trips to the Isles of Scilly. St Michael’s Mount is also within easy reach, where you can cross the causeway on foot at low tide or take a boat across to explore the castle and gardens.

Closer to home, Trevedra Farm’s Ocean Blue Café serves excellent local produce, and the nearby Sennen Farmers’ Market is perfect for discovering Cornish crafts and food. Whether you're here for coastal adventures, culture, food or complete relaxation, Kitticarn offers an unforgettable Cornish escape.

    Getting Around:

Due to the remote nature of Cornwall, a vehicle is recommended for getting around. However, the area is very popular with cyclists and walkers, so it is not essential.

For those travelling via public transport, there are trains operated by Great Western that run from London Paddington via Plymouth all the way down to Penzance. From here it is around a 15 minute drive to Kitticarn, and you can rent a car or get a taxi. The nearest airport is in Newquay - around 1 hours drive away. Similarly, you can either hire a car or get a taxi from the airport.

    Other Things to Note:

The home is all one one level with no internal stairs. There is a small step through the external doorways.

Please note, the bunkbeds are only suitable for children as they are not full length beds.
