"My wife and I just spent our 45th anniversary weekend at the Balcomo Penticton. Our stay was amazing! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff! We were treated to an upgraded suite complete with complimentary wine and chocolates. The suite was beautiful, quiet and cozy. The staff were always ready to greet us with a smile and help with any inquiries. The amenities were clean and welcoming . . . from the pool to the Local Eatery. "We stayed at the Beach Motel one night, while passing through to our final destination. Booking on-line was easy and check-in was seamless. The staff are very friendly. The location is very quiet and walking distance to the park, beach, restaurants, coffee shops and a great pub. We had a room for two with a queen size bed and kitchenette. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be an upgrade to the mattress. The springs can be felt and are little squeaky. The price was very reasonable and we would stay there again."

"Stayed in the west building this time. Room and bed were comfortable, and very quiet. View of the lake was good. There’s a number of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Everything else is only a short drive. "

"Best location, just infront of the beach. Everything is walkable- to restaruants, kids activities and attractions. Staff is so friendly. Room is clean and quiet place,even our room is close to the pool area. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends."
