We initially booked a hotel in Palm Beach for May but when looking closer at all the various mandatory fees they would be charging ($37/day for valet parking - self-parking not available - along with a $40/day resort ...

Surf & Sand Hotel
This has been our go to for the last few years but it has declined. Property needs basic updates. Swimming area is nice. Staff is also nice.
