The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area.
