Sunny Happy Place by the Beach, Sleeps 6. Beach service March 1 to October 30.

  • Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, with additional bunk beds and sleeper sofa, sleeps 6 persons. Located on the beach side of Okaloosa Island, it is only 100 feet to the beach on a boardwalk. Open floor plan has combined living room, kitchen and dining area. The unit has a front balcony from which you can see the ocean, and a back balcony from which you can watch the kids in the pool!
    Located in Sunset Cottages, a small 19 unit complex, it is quiet and family friendly. There is a pool and barbecue area with sitting. Unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella reserved at the beach, and beach service nearby offers chairs, umbrellas, kayak, paddleboard rentals (March to October). Close to Conference center, Ft Walton Beach and Destin. Many restaurants and attractions nearby.
