Starlight Place – Luxury New Build in the Heart of Downtown Pensacola



Welcome to Starlight Place, a brand-new retreat located in the Tanyard District, one of downtown Pensacola’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods. From this modern home, you can easily reach top restaurants, breweries, shops, parks, and the waterfront. Pensacola Beach is just 15 minutes away, NAS is 10 minutes away, and the airport is 20 minutes away.



Luxury Living Designed for Comfort



Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting space designed for relaxation. The living room includes a spacious sectional that converts into a queen sleeper with an upgraded mattress and a large smart TV. The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and an oversized island with seating for three. The dining table seats six and is ideal for meals or game nights. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level.

Beautiful Bedrooms and Comfortable Sleep



Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature luxury DreamCloud mattresses for the kind of sleep you expect on vacation.

Convenient location. Close to downtown area and restaurants. House is nicely decorated with all necessities of home. Would definitely rent again.
