Family Vacation

This property was great for young families, and anyone looking for a stress free vacation! Beautiful and large pools, easy beach access, and includes beach setup for stress free enjoyment! This condo was well maintained, great size for family, and the resort was very clean! Will definitely be back

Our fall break stay

We have stayed in this condo before and booked again! It’s a great one, we can see ocean and bottom pool, and we are right across the elevator. Owners were great to contact and we will book again in the future!

Annual family trip

I take my daughters every year to the Destin area and when we saw the places we usually stay we’re booked we were disappointed. Luckily, I found this gorgeous condo. We were all very impressed and happy with everything about this place. We usually like a much closer view of the ocean but the place was nice enough for us to get over that. Check in and check out was so simple which made it even better.

Amazing trip!!

Wonderful views! So much beauty in one place. I love how convenient it was to go to the beach and then back to the pool and visa versa. Have two young boys and not once did they say they were bored. Easiest check in and check out I ever had. I assure you, you won’t regret staying here.

Amazing get away!

We have stayed in B312 before and loved it. We enjoyed this visit just as much. The first time was with 2 adults and three children. This time it was just 2 adults and it fit both scenarios perfectly! Clean, comfortable and all the amenities. The view is spectacular any time of day!!! We will be back sooner rather than later!!!

Amazing Condo/Vacation Destination!

Location was perfect, comfortable beds, very spacious! So clean and family friendly! Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay again. Communication with property managers were smooth and prompt with every interaction from booking to check-out! And I forgot to mention THE VIEW and literally steps from the beach and plenty of pools and hot tubs to enjoy when you’re not on the beach. Check out the Gulfarium and shopping in Fort Walton and Destin!

Amazing Place to Stay

We loved our stay! Once we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. This condo has views of the Gulf and is right above the pool's waterfall. We were drawn to this booking because of the range of pool options including the two splash pads for our kids and the larger pools and lazy river. The beach is an easy walk from the condos, and we loved that two chairs and an umbrella from the beach service are included with the condo! It's nice not having to drag chairs around or spend extra to rent something for a few days. This place had so much to offer! About the condo itself, the two king beds we're very comfortable! Even the bunk beds felt comfortable when we were putting our kids to bed. It had a highchair and pack n play, which were also great for our kids. The kitchen was well enough stocked for our basic cooking needs. The only thing we'd change (it doesn't change our rating as they did a good job of communicating these things ahead of time) is that they only provided two dishwasher pods for the five days and two rolls of TP for each bathroom. With 4 adults and 4 kids, we went through that TP quickly and had to buy more. I understand wanting to limit these items as I'm sure some nefarious people will otherwise steal them. However, for staying 5 days it would have been great to have at least one dishwasher pod per day and maybe a couple more TP rolls. That being said, overall the hospitality was second to none! Our flight was delayed a few hours and we had ordered a grocery delivery from Walmart . When we called Walmart they couldn't change our delivery time frame, so we called the resort and the staff placed our perishable groceries in the refrigerator and freezer for us so that they wouldn't go bad. Also, communication with Coastal Vibes was fantastic. One morning the Keurig just decided to stop working, and Coastal Vibes responded to my email within minutes, and had a replacement to us a couple of hours later. That's next-level hospitality!

Great view and room!

This was our first time staying at waterscape and we absolutely loved it. The room had everything we needed and had a good view of the pool and we were still able to see the ocean. The resort is perfect for families and has a lot of things for kids to do. We will be booking again next year for sure!

Waterscape Experience

We're stayed at this condo repeatedly over many years and it never disappoints. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean, and close to the elevator. If there is a problem it is promptly addressed. Love the amenities and closeness to the beach. Great family condo. Will continue to book this condo in the future.

This was the best family vacation I could imagine. The resort/condo was beyond our expectations and so reasonably priced. We will be back every year. This trip was nothing short of magical!! Very nice inside, good location, can watch the Wednesday Okaloosa Pier fireworks from the balcony here, great view of the main pool area, just very nice overall. I would stay here again.
