Located on a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this lovely home has private parking space at the front. This home has been newly renovated with hard surface flooring, modern lightings, granite countertops, and neutral colors all around.
As you walk in, the spacious and welcoming living room would be perfect to relax and hangout during your stay. Moving further into the home, you will find a wonderful kitchen area that is fully equipped along with granite countertops to accommodate all your cooking needs.
On the second floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a medium texture queen bed to ensure maximum comfort. There is a small office space within one of the bedrooms if you need a private yet cozy spot to work from home. The bathroom is equipped with a clean bathtub and hairdryer.
Around the back patio, you will find the most comforting lounge area surrounding a firepit that is perfect for an evening hangout spot. There is also a gas BBQ grill that you could use for any outdoor cookouts.

The property sits in a rather old neighborhood. If you dont mind that (which we didnt) it was peaceful. The grill needs to be replaced because alot of the inner parts have rusted and fallen off. The property has all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. If we're ever in Pensacola again we would stay here again.

Very clean.
Very clean. Spacious. Yard needs some loving care. Firepit is a plus, bring some wood. Party lights backyard nice touch. Close to great Italian rest, Bonellis and The Coffee Cup. Easy contact with owner was nice!

Pensacola 7th Ave Home Was Great
The house actually exceeded my expectations - a beautiful two-story home in a residential type of neighborhood very near to downtown Pensacola, and also very near to highways, malls and restaurants, the Pensacola airport, and walking parks.
The neighborhood is quiet, and my contact to help with check-in, and any other issues was excellent, quickly, responsive, addressed things expediently, extremely courteous and provided outstanding customer service.
I would highly suggest this property for vacationers, or anyone who’s just looking for a quiet getaway, or local events, and or near downtown, or near the beaches.

Great location. Easy to get to beaches and restaurants. Lots of sidewalks to walk the dog. House was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a Pensacola Weekend
The property was more spacious than the pictures led us to believe. The beds were very comfortable. Easy to get downtown for the Mardi gras parades Friday and Sunday and easy trip to Pensacola Beach for Sunday's parade. We will definitely be back. Will was a pleasure to work with, he was quick to respond to any questions I had. 5/5 stars
