Near Downtown, Dining & Base - Beach Flow Bungalow

  • Summary:
    Newly built home near downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach! Just a 5-minute drive to Seville Quarter and only 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola and Corey Station. Walk to nearby restaurants, drive 3 minutes to Blue Wahoos Stadium, or take a 20-minute drive to Pensacola Beach. This Garden District home is ideal for families, business professionals, or anyone seeking great value near all Pensacola has to offer. We’d love to host you!

    The Space:
    Living room with television and board games. Will have Netflix free with the attached Roku. Kitchen with full stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher with utensils, knives, and glassware. First bedroom down the hall has a King bed and a dresser/side table with a small closet. Second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed with a desk and small closet. Third bedroom (AKA Master Bedroom) has a queen bed with a walk-in closet a dresser and two side tables. Master bath has a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a bidet attached to the toilet. Hall bathroom has a tub shower and one sink. At the end of the hallway is a laundry room with washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. The backyard has a fire pit with two lawn chairs and also a clothesline. Front yard has space for one car and a small patio to sit and watch the world go by.

    Guest Access:
    Guests will have full and private access to the home.

    The Neighborhood:
    This home is located on N C Street just west of downtown Pensacola. Close proximity to a variety of things to do in Pensacola and nearby beaches. Also close to Bayview Dog Beach.

    Getting Around:
    This is a residential area, but is walkable to a few restaurants. We recommend driving, but Uber and Lyft are readily available.

    Other Things to Note:
    We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

    If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

    We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

    We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

    Interaction with Guests:
    We prefer to give our guests privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away should ever the need arise!

Near downtown, in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Pensacola. Very nice interior with kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy parking on site. A lot of restaurants nearby as well as Pensacola’s famous seafood market. There was slight plumbing issues with the main shower and kitchen but I was able to use the second bathroom. Communication was prompt, easy and professional. Easy to connect to wifi and use of tv. Thank you for hosting!

Property is accurately photographed and described. Check in was easy and the host was always available. The property was very clean and seemed brand new. Plenty of room for a family. Very convenient to downtown Pensacola which is want we were looking for. Just a six minute drive to our destination. If you are interested in any property in this area, be aware that the area is in the process of revitalization. So there is a good amount of construction going on and a mix of old and new housing.

This house fit our needs for a 3 night stay in Pensacola. It’s about a 5 minute drive to downtown and 20-25 min drive to Pensacola beach. The house was very clean and the host was super responsive and polite.
