"The room was fine at first. Then I took a shower and the shower was stained or moldy. Then I laid in the bed, and there were brown stains. When I checked into the room, the staff seemed annoyed that I was asking a question. The parking was confusing and the parking lot seems even dangerous to drive in"

"The hotel its self needs a deep clean from top down. The white blankets on the bed were dirty and had other guest hair on them. The lobby and the lobby bathrooms were dirty. The elevator was also dirty and an alarm was on inside for the two days we were there. The breakfast buffet was chaotic with lack of flow. The milk was chunchy and the bread had mold on it. We will not be returning to this location. "

"i had a horrible stay and experience with your staff. Not only are they incredibly rude, forcing me to do tasks at check-in that NO other vendor, consumer product, or anyone has made me do. But your 'humidifyer' was so loud (louder than the AC unit), not hvaing an option to turn it off, kept me up ALL night long. Horrible experience and want to seek how to get a refund. I've never had a stay anywhere like this. Also, your deposit of $100 is outrageous, especially given that my room for 1 night was $59. "
