Room was pretty clean, breakfast was good- many protein options. Unfortunately traffic from New Warrington road was LOUD at night. We were on the 4th floor on the north side of the building. Other than that staff was great and the hotel was about 20 minutes from most areas.

Good Choice for Pensacola

Good breakfast selection. Room was spacious and clean. Good location centered to what we wanted to see — Naval Air Museum, Pensacola Lighthouse and historic downtown Pensacola. Will probably stay here again when we visit Pensacola.

Staff and service was impeccable! Property and the room very clean and comfy. Hot breakfast and dining area was delicious and clean. I would have rated 5 stars overall except I had booked the hotel because of the advertised guest laundry amenity, However that amenity was out of service for the duration of my 4-night stay. I did confirm with staff that no other on-site laundry was available.

The staff was great. Food was wonderful. However, the room can use a little updating. The toilet continually ran and was not steady it rocked a little when you sat down. The bathroom door needs to be adjusted has it scraped the floor and was hard to close and open in certain areas. Not the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. When we travel, we 99% of the time choose Holiday Inn Express and this was a little concerning. But like I said the staff at check in and breakfast were outstanding.

My stay was very nice. The room was comfortable and bed were very comfortable. My only complaint is the carpet had stains and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The celing in the bathroom was starting to peel so that was not so great and there was rust forming around the drain in the bath tub. Other than these things everything else was perfect.
