Historic Home built in 1904 located in the highly desired area of East Hill in Pensacola. This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home is charming and located just 2 minutes from downtown Pensacola and 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The home boast historical class that gives you the feel of the early 1900's. Dedicated parking which is hard to find in the area and the central location of the property to all the activities will save you a ton of time.
