Destin West Gulfside

I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in Destin West Gulf 215 last month. Check in/out was a breeze. Although it never seemed like a big deal to go over to the desk on the bayside, it really did make a difference being able to go directly to the condo. This was probably one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in compared to the ones managed by Destin West Vacations. I know it must be very hard to keep the floors clean with the sand, sunscreen, and regular turnover, but this was the first condo that didn't have sticky, slippery floors. Also, the sliding doors to the balcony opened with ease. Some are so poorly maintained that you practically throw out a shoulder trying to move them. We also appreciate the flexibility having a Sunday check out for the extra day. Suggestions: It would be nice if there were either extra towel racks or some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors for hanging robes, cover-ups, etc. It would also be nice if the owner would consider a curtain or door at the bunkroom entrance for some privacy.

We had a great spring break. The property was as it was described. Very nice clean had a great stay away from the hustle of some of the other spring break towns, there was plenty to do and lots of good sightseeing. I definitely stay at this property again.

Loved it!

Location was perfect, the kids loved the pools, beach access was easy and fast. Make sure you get in line EARLY on your first day for the chairs/umbrella if you want to be in the front row.

Great beach location close to the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk and Triptides Beach Bar for drinks at sunset. Walk past one condo complex to and a small beach park to the East and there is access to 3 or more miles of undeveloped beach on the Gulf for walking.

July Beach Trip

Our family, of 6, had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The owners were very helpful with details on the resort, area, and communications. Beach service for chairs have to be reserved every morning, but we reserved the location we wanted every day. Kids loved all of the pools!

We really enjoyed our stay! This Condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Our kiddo loved the bunk beds! The ocean view and pool view was perfect! We were able to walk to many restaurants on the boardwalk, the pier, and activities! Anything else we wanted to do was just a short drive away! We loved that beach service was included! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo!!

Fourth year coming to Destin and ranked top condo we stayed at. So clean and cozy. Stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable space and great views from porch. Rental company was so easy to deal with and never made you feel like a burden but a guest actually. Amenities were all very well clean and from my porch saw them throughly cleaned every morning. I can’t think of one negative. Second time renting from coastal vibe and always top notch. See you next year!
