About this property

Grandma's house is calm and relaxing.

  • Grandma's house was built by the family in the mid 50's. We love spending time in this cozy and homey retreat. The neighborhood is well established and quiet. The area is typical Florida eclectic. Houses of all different types. The location has numerous shopping an dinning opportunities available and about 10 - 15 minutes to all of the downtown area. The beaches are about 25 minutes away. Our favorite beach is Johnson Beach National Seashore. It is all natural and you can always find a private space to enjoy with family. We have beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and various beach stuff available for your use.
