The staff was great, very helpful. But the property definitely looks better outside than on the inside. The restroom floors were lifted on the corners, you had to be careful while getting out the shower. The shower curtains were yellow/brown instead of white. Definitely needs some upgrades. If you are there for 1 night or 2 i guess it's okay.

It was a good area. Centrally located, to area restaurants, shopping & highways. Hotel had a few issues. But during our stay, they were making improvements, to better the overall hotel health. Reasonably price, considering. It’s worth a stay and experience the ambiance it provides.

To manage expectations, I understand this isnt a Marriott Inn. You get what you pay for. As for my expierence on 07/10/2026 Staff was outstanding and they gave me the impression that they love working there. I had no issues sleeping overnight, my room was ice cold and quiet. No smell of smoke. Got quality sleep here. The kitchen that came with the room was a neat amenity for those that need it. The door to my room had expanded to the point that it wouldnt close unless you used greater than normal force. The only elevator was inoperative, the 3rd floor carpet condition is in need of replacement. The nightstand in 332 was in poor condition, greasy and chipped from years of use. The bedskirt was in need of replacement, it had discoloration spanning the entire length The bed had a single strand of short black hair, underneath the left pillow.

The staff there was great! The condition of the room was bad. There were small holes in the wall between the beds. Microwave was rusted from the inside, When we entered the room the windows were open and a light smell of smoke. Basically, everything was old and dingy and needs to be gutted and updated. The outside of building and lobby seem to be in good shape
