Welcome to Destin West Gulfside #214! I'm Frank, your host for this great vacation property. This very nice beach condo is a 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom. This beach condo is located in the Gulfside building at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The resort has direct beach access, many pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. This is a great vacation destination.

I am dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward hosting your group for a beach trip!

Notes... The bunk room in this condo has been upgraded compared to other units in the building. The bunk is a twin over full configuration. A door has been added to create an actual room rather than an open area. Additionally, both the master bedroom and guest bedroom have king beds! (also uncommon)

Rentals of jet skis, kayaks, and boogie boards are available on the beach located in front of the resort during the day. Pontoon boat rentals available across the street. You are also within walking distance or short drive away from many restaurants, grocery store, and activities on Okaloosa Island and Destin.

This beach condo is in a great location on the second floor. You will be very close to the parking garage which is extremely convenient. The unit also provides a great view of the pool, hot tub, and the Gulf. When you are ready to join the fun activities and action below, you have quick and easy access to the ground floor. The condo is great for one or two families. Two bedrooms, bunk room, two baths, and a sleeper sofa can sleep up to eight comfortably.
