This adorable 1-bedroom 650 sq. ft. home is nestled in a lovely historic neighborhood in East Hill, Pensacola. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, including: a Full kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Smart TVs, Central Air and Heat. Enjoy a snack or drink in the outdoor sitting areas.

Just what we needed.

This property was clean and the check in process was a breeze. Located only 15 minutes from pensacola beach. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. I would definately stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days it was incredible very clean, the host was fast to respond. It was a lovely neighborhood. There was a dog park couple streets down if you have dogs. Highly recommend.

Comfortable abode for stay in the area in decent neighborhood very close to airport, naval Air station and downtown Pensacola. Bathroom a bit small and a fan or ventilation would be niceventilation would be nice in it

Pleasant neighborhood close to downtown with easy access to routes to beaches and the airport and shopping areas. The kitchen was well stocked with some pleasant extras and everything needed to cook at home. The bed was comfortable and the living area was cozy.. When I had questions Staci was quick to respond. Checking in and out was quick and easy.
