Beach Front Beauty With a Zero Entry Pool!

This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably! It has a comfy king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the beautiful gulf facing living room. Waking up to the views is an amazing experience for any guest! The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower that has built in seating so you can be sure to get all of the sand out of your toes! There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and then some. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views from the living room and dining room areas, while relaxing with family and friends. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, watching that gorgeous sun rise right over the water. Then go and take a dip in one of our 3 onsite swimming pools, soak in our hot tub, workout in our well equipped beach front fitness center, or play tennis/pickleball on our newly resurfaced courts! Enjoy our marina and boat slip, or grill your fresh catch at our grilling area on SeaSpray's Riverside... You truly will enjoy this property and want to come back year after year to make memories with family and friends!
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
