Getting Around:

By Car (Highly Recommended)Having a personal vehicle or rental car is the easiest and most efficient way to experience Pensacola. The home features a spacious driveway with plenty of free parking. Downtown Pensacola: $\approx.$ 8–10 minutes Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola: $\approx.$ 10–12 minutes. Pensacola Beach: $\approx.$ 20 minutes Rideshares (Uber & Lyft)Both Uber and Lyft operate heavily in the area. Because the home is centrally located just minutes west of downtown, pickup times are usually very fast (typically under 10 minutes). This is a fantastic, stress-free option if you plan on enjoying downtown's nightlife or dining scene without worrying about parking. Public Transit (ECAT)Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) provides bus service throughout the area. While public transit is minimal in Pensacola, the ECAT Route 57 (NAS Pensacola / Downtown) runs nearby, connecting you directly to the Downtown Transfer Station or onto the military base. Note: Buses generally run on a limited schedule (approx. every 100 minutes), so we recommend checking the ECAT app ahead of time if you plan to use it.🚲 Biking & Walking Walking: The immediate neighborhood is quiet and great for a morning stroll, but major errands (groceries, shopping, dining) will require a vehicle.
