Spring break

Me and my son’s family stayed for spring break. We had and awesome time. We couldn’t have say for a better location or condo. We have another trip planned for the same condo. And we can’t wait.

Spring Break

Our stay was amazing. We truly enjoyed all the space provided, and there were plenty of beds to accommodate the family. Everyone was very comfortable the whole time. There was plenty of dishes and cook ware in the kitchen. The location is right in front of the pool and hot tub, making things extremely convenient. It is even right in front of the parking garage. We loved our stay and will be back :)

Perfect location with small children. Ground floor with pool right outside the door. Quick and easy beach access. Kids loved the “bunk room”. Pack n play was also a definite plus.

Perfect family place

We traveled with our family of all ages and the location and easy access to the pool, beach, car, etc was nothing short of perfect! Rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds, cozy living environment, amenities beyond what we needed…had a couple issues that were addressed immediately with great communication with staff. We would definitely recommend this condo and come back again! Thank you!

1st floor was perfect for our grandkids. Pool right out the back sliders.Also great location for food and entertainment. We could walk to everything we needed. Short drive for groceries.

Great Location and Amenities

We had a fabulous week at this Azure condo. This first floor condo is literally about 10 steps from the pool. So convenient. And only a short walk to the beach. When we arrived and noticed a problem with the coffee maker, I texted the owner and we had a new one delivered early the next morning. Very responsive host and a perfect condo and location for a relaxing time with family. We will be back!

Love Azure!!

Condo was set up nicely and had the most comfortable beds I have ever had at Azure. Could use a couple of dressers, and a new coffee maker. 😊 We love ground floor and the four bedrooms and can’t wait to go back next year! ❤️❤️❤️

We LOVE 106!!

We had a previous place booked and they cancelled last minute so LUCKILY we were able to find this place!!! We were weary of staying on the floor level, BUT we LOVED it!!! It was so nice being able to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim. We also didn’t have to drag the sandy items through the room so that means less sand in the room!! The room had plenty of room for the 9 of us!!! It was very clean, updated, and extremely nice!!! The furniture was my kinda style so I loved it all! We arrived early and they were able to get us in sooner than check in which was a huge plus!! If you are questioning renting this place, DO IT!!! We have already asked about booking it again for a later date!!! The pool was steps away from the room and it was warm, the hot tub felt amazing, and the beach service was a plus. Like I said. BOOK IT!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Annual booking

For the last three years we've booked this same location at Fort Walton beach and continue to enjoy our time. The first floor access is perfect for our family. The booking process and communication is outstanding, with no problems. This year we even got earlier access and was so grateful to have this as it truly gave us an additional day in our condo. Only recommendations might be enhancing the space with newer furnishings and decor, kitchen items (as I was aware other condos had air fryers, etc..), and patio mat or beach item. Overall we would continue to book this condo as our schedule allows.

Great vacation

First off the condo is super nice , minus a few small inconveniences such as one of the stove burners did not work. The condo comfortably fit our family of twelve. The walk to the beach was not far at all. However I rented an extra set of chairs and umbrella for Mon-Thur and was only reserved those On Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the week we did not even have the regular chairs that are supposed to come with the condo. This was a tad frustrating as we had a large group with us. We made the best of it and spent most of our time by the pool. I prefer to be on the beach but when you have no umbrella for shade it can make it harder to enjoy especially when you have a small child and elderly people. If you’re thinking of renting this condo I recommend it. It’s a. I’ve place and parking is great.

All and all, we were pretty disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The pictures seem very outdated on the listing vs in person. All the baseboards look like they may be rotting and are old. The inside of the bunk beds were full of crumbs and dirt on the sides. Not sure the last time under the TV stand was ever swept (my kids kept losing their toy cars under it so that’s why this was noticed). Shower curtain is stained and has holes in it. Black “stuff” on the ceiling and walls in master shower. The beach cart that stays on the property has never been cleaned. Old cigarette butts in it. Very limited water pressure throughout entire condo. The cleanliness aspect was not brought to their attention because it wasn’t just one area, it was multiple. We will not stay in this condo again. We have stayed in azure 101 with no issues. Much cleaner and nicer and up to date. Azure itself is fine. Lots of “rules” to follow so just be aware! This was a Super convenient condo as far as location especially with kids. The washer was broken first day but the company did send someone out to fix it within the day. Check in and check out process very simple.

We love Okaloosa Island and my family vacations there ever ! We have stayed at Azure for the last 5 years in different units. We were very happy with our condo this year and will be renting again for next year ! Definitely worth a stay!

This condo was amazing! The location to the beach and parking garage was perfect. There were wonderful restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and the condo couldn’t have been any better for our group!! I would absolutely stay here again.
