1920s bungalow - Dog and family friendly

Getaway for one or relaxing with the whole fam? This 1920s boho bungalow is perfect for any occasion.

Our home has everything you need to unwind – fully stocked kitchen, cozy family room, bar cart, beach chairs, and a huge fenced-in backyard for the kids or dogs to play. The Boho Bungalow has 2 bedrooms (queen) and 1 office (twin) to use as optional 3rd bedroom.

Located on the west side of East Hill, we're close to supermarkets, a short Uber-ride to bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach.

Living room is quaint and cozy, with leather couch, tv, games, and opens up to the dining room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you need (pots, pans, coffee maker, cold brew maker, coffee grinder, cooking utensils). Dining room features a farmhouse table and a bar cart with cocktail utensils and wine/whisky glasses. *If there's a specific item you're looking for, just ask!

Two bedrooms at either end of the house have queen sized beds, full length mirrors, and boho charm. The back bedroom (main room) has a desk/office chair. There is also a dedicated office space in between each room, which has a Twin bed to use as an optional 3rd bedroom. This room is perfect for small children, as it's central and close to the Jack and Jill bathroom.

*Please note: The office is 1 of 2 entry points to the bathroom. If you plan to use the office as a 3rd bedroom, you will have to enter the bathroom through Bedroom 2 and the Office.

Only 2 cars in the driveway at a time - our water meter is located just off the driveway, so please do not drive on the grass.
