    Nice kitchen with barstools and open to the living area. Beautiful kitchen table that seats 4 easily. Fully-equipped kitchen also offers a Keurig, air fryer and crock pot (master bedroom also has a Keurig). Enjoy sweeping views of the water from the balconies and open grassy area for kiddos to run and play. Almost everything in this gorgeous townhome is brand new! Owner has provided two 1-person kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 3 bikes, life jackets, corn hole, board games & puzzles for your entertainment. Gas grill too! 55 inch Smart TV in living room, 40 inch Smart TVs in both bedrooms - all TVs are game compatible. 170 cable channels in living room.
