This vacation rental was exquisite. Views of the ocean were unobstructed and unbelievably beautiful. We relaxed on the beach and by the pool every day. Best vacation ever.

Great place! The location is perfect and Johnathan was so helpful and responsive. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit if you are visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time and excellent stay at this beautiful condo. It has amazing views, is nicely decorated inside, comfortable beds, clean, and has everything you need to cook and even a grill on the balcony. With so many amenities there is no need to leave the resort. We had a great time on both the beach side and the bay side of the resort and also utilized the adventure package for an additional cost which was totally worth it. The host was very communicative and answered all messages quickly. We will definitely come back again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property. It has amazing beach views, clean, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, perfect location, and everything you need to cook including a balcony grill. There are so many amenities that you don’t have to leave the resort. We purchased the extreme adventure package for an additional cost and was totally worth the money as we used the paddle boards, inflatable water course, kayaks, boogie boards, and jets skis every day. We enjoyed spending time on the beach side and calm the bay side. The host was great and very communicative and answered messages quickly. Check in and checkout was a breeze. We definitely plan to come back again.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful views, clean rooms and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend to a friend and am hoping to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time. The condo was AMAZING!!! So clean and remodeled top notch. This was our 2nd trip in the last 6 months to the Portofino. It is a great place to stay. It is further down the beach so it is nice and quiet!! We will be back!!

Beautiful Condo

Condo was just as pictured, and absolutely beautiful! Beds were comfortable, resort amenities were excellent and communication from start to finish exceeded expectations. Resort staff was just as friendly! We cannot wait to plan our next trip.

Great location

We loved staying at this property. Easy walk to the beach and pools, clean building, quiet neighbors, and excellent host! Johnathan was extremely responsive and easy to work with. This is definitely on our list to visit again. If traveling with smaller kids, there is one large king bed in each bedroom. Our 7 and 5 year olds were able to comfortably share.

This was truly the best beach condo I have ever stayed in. The view is unbelievable. Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds. It had everything we needed. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful renovated condo. Lots of room, nice master bathroom shower and the views from the balcony were amazing. The beach had lots of seaweed in the water all week. I know that can happen at anytime. We rented chairs and an umbrella for our stay. Highly recommended! We will be back.

Property is really well kept and clean! We had a really nice experience with the whole resort. Everyone at the resort is really friendly and helpful. Jonathon made everything seamless and really simple. Highly recommend!!

Nice location/accessible to restaurants

Great location because it’s away from crowds yet close enough to activities and dining. The room we stayed in was clean, had a beautiful view, and had nice appliances. The beds were comfortable and the place had a great view to the southwest. The proximity to the beach was close. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi on the smaller bedroom tv didn’t work.

Just Wonderful

The check in & out was very easy. The resorts restaurants, pool, fitness center and spa are great. The beach is beautiful. But the icing on the cake is the sky home itself. Simply stunning!! Beautifully decorated but very comfortable and well equipped. This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed (and we travel quite a bit). Thank you Jonathan & Blue Coastal Vacations

Amazing getaway

The most peaceful place. The pictures does not do justice to how nice the property is. The property is located at the end of the strip which makes it very quiet and relaxing. The beach access is directly across from sidewalk. Also have access to the bay side. Multiple pools and hot tubs. Restaurants and spa on location. Easiest check in and staff was amazining. Great communication and will be staying again.

Everything was perfect! The Condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, the TV's worked as they should (I have had issue with this in other properties), and the condo was beautiful. The pics online do not do it justice. The resort was great and beach was easily accessed! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Spectacular trip!

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean condo. Awed by the spectacular view as soon as we entered the door. Exactly as seen on the Blue Coastal listing. Johnathan was very professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Will most definitely look to rent from Blue Coastal on our next trip to Pensacola Beach.

Clean and clutter free

Overall this place was wonderful! Very clean, spacious and not cluttered with junk. View of the beach was great, plenty of things to do on and off property. Kitchen had some cookware, dishes, and utensils to get by (no spices). My only complaint would be that the master shower didn’t drain.

Amazing weekend trip!

We loved the condo, the location, the resort, beach.. It was all amazing! We were so relaxed and enjoyed the condo, that we stayed in 2 evenings and had delivery from the resort restaurant! Jonathan was the best host/manager I’ve ever encountered! He provided clear instructions and information. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the unit and management company more! Thanks Jonathan!

What a spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Portofino. The views were perfect from both inside the condo and of the surrounding water ways. The property itself was well maintained and they’ve made perfect outfitting choices in designing the space; it was well stocked in the kitchen with all the tools needed. The condo is part of a larger resort community that had lots to offer guests of all ages. We rented a car and thought that worked best for us but I believe there may be other local ways to get around / down to the Boardwalk area. The property managers made everything easy to navigate with well thought out checkin and checkout guides and lots of communication.

We could not of been happier with our condo, and the amazing views. Loved that we had the option to use the pool at the condo, or sit around the main pools and take in the spa, and experience the great service from the staff. Everything is so close, cafe's on the beach and just over the bridge access to everything you would need. This is truly a hidden gem. We have booked to come back in February and will be staying through March. Our experience with check in, and dealing with Jonathon from Blue Costal was exceptional. We would certainly recommend this unit and property!!!

Thanksgiving week

We been coming to Portofino for 12 years now and this was one of the nicest apartments we been to with the best views. The Kitchen was nicely stocked and all the tv were great with lots of channels to watch. My only complaint would be the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom it was to hard for me but it might just be me being used to the memory foam mattress. Also all the other places had some beach towels and this one didn’t have any.

Amazing views!

Wonderful property for 2 couples! Breathtaking view when we walked in the front door. Comfortable beds and great location! Easy walk to beach and to the main pool. We rented bikes and rode to breakfast! The only feedback I would suggest is to include a small dish soap, more kitchen towels and bath soaps. It would also be helpful to have a suitcase rack in the bedrooms and a couple of beach towels. Coming from out of state makes it challenging to travel with beach towels. Other than that everything was fantastic!! The owners were very communicative with any questions we had. Extra bonus was watching the Blue Angels fly by (@eye level on the balcony) on their return from an air show! We will definitely return to this beautiful palace in the sky!
