The Gulf of Mexico / America is one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the world. Combine the Emerald waters with sugar white sand and you get paradise. Toes in the sand and a good book or playing with the kids this a great location to relax and have some together time.


The owner spared no expense with lots of upgrades to for the busy season. Master bedroom has a new king size bed, side tables, Roku tv, usb plugs. Best part is the amazing linen count as well as all brand new euro pillows..you’ll sleep like a baby! Can’t beat the ocean view from your bed either. Master also has a private bathroom with walk through closet. The guest bedroom’s upgrades were two new queen size beds, side tables , Roku tv, usb plugs and the softest sheets & new pillows too! Guest bath and laundry closet open to living area. Brand new towels and hair dryers in both bathrooms.. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or make a blender full of smoothie as well as brand new pots and pans. Plenty of plates, bowls and drink ware to keep everyone happy. In Did I mention the unit is right ON the beach. Relax on the balcony watching the waves. Awesome spot on the beach!

Very clean and pleasant stay at this condo with gulf view! We loved having coffee on the porch while watching the sting rays dance on the waves!

Highly recommend Right ON the Beach! I took my teenage son and his friend and we had the best time. The location is perfect and the property manager was very helpful. Hope to return again sometime soon!

Beautiful views!

Full kitchen was nice, had everything we needed (2 more chairs on balcony would have been nice and maybe some beach towels and plastic cups for the beach). Was clean and comfortable! And the view was superb!!!

Perfect Spot in Pensacola

This condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the view of the ocean everyday and the awesome beach access! Condo had everything we needed! Beds and linens were so comfortable! Highly recommend this one! Perfect for couple or family!

So good rented a second time

This is the second time this year great place perfect spot beautiful beach, beautiful scenery very quiet place very private place with only four units. We’re going to come back twice a year.

The views and location was perfect! The unit itself was very clean and had a good supply of items for our stay. We didn’t anticipate all the stairs with our kiddos but that was not at fault of the owner.

This beach front condo was perfect! The view was amazing🌊 The beds were so comfortable and 4recliners in the living room with a view of the beach. The host was quick to respond with any questions and even left a few complimentary snacks. I will be rebooking this condo for next years trip!

This place is a gem. The view was great and the place has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and wash rags, hand towels. The only thing I have to say bad is the couch was janky could use a better one…

Great stay

Condo needs a little updating, but worked for us and the view is spectacular. Beds were comfortable, sheets incredibly soft. Dog friendly complex, easily walkable. Ron, the owner, let us know the condo was available earlier so we were able to adjust our travel times and get there with enough time to spend some time on the beach before dark. Would definitely rent again.

A perfect condo for our family of four (two of which are teenagers). Loved that the 2nd bedroom had two full beds. Had all the amenities we needed and they even left us snacks and water. Great little welcoming touch. Perfect location. Easy access to the beach and it was not busy at all due to no large condos nearby. Owner very easy to work with and had no issues.

Right on the beach is correct!

Communication was prompt. I was able to watch our teens from the balcony while listening to the waves. Location was perfect and not overcrowded. Sliding door does not lock, but never felt unsafe. 10 was a little early for checkout, but at the same token we were able to check-in earlier than planned. I would stay here again. Thanks Much!

Ideas for Improvement

This was a great location, clean facility, and great ac! We would like to suggest that you provide more towels for guest, garbage bags, basic kitchen needs like salt and pepper, and a broom to help with the sand. Maybe a rug inside the door? Just a suggestion. We really did enjoy our stay though.

A little slice of heaven

This was the nicest and cleanest place that we have ever stayed. There’s a few things that need replacing, but everything overall was perfect. We bought frozen pizzas so a pizza pan and pizza cutter would be nice. Also, extra garbage bags too. We bought some and left for the next guest(s). The washer and dryer were a plus. The beds were so comfy and the towels were fluffy and quick drying. It made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The balcony was one of our favorites, watching the lizards, mice, birds, and the sunrises and sunsets. We already miss it.

Too long to get security deposit back!

Very nice condo. Very clean, great views, super comfortable beds, well equipped. But, having to wait 2 weeks to get the security deposit back is completely ridiculous! Never, in all the times I have been on any type of trip have I had to wait more than maybe 3 days for that back. Very disappointed about that!

Amazing!

I love this property so much! It is just steps away from the Gulf and exactly what I wanted. I sat up in bed each morning and was able to see dolphins jumping out of the water. I brought binoculars with me so I got an even better view. Close to everything, but not so close you feel overwhelmed with people and noise. The water was absolutely beautiful when we were there. The condo is clean and well stocked. We really loved the new couches. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable. The host is very nice and answered any questions quickly. Check in process was very easy. Added bonus that we were able to bring our little dog with us so we didn't have to board her. We just had an absolutely amazing time!

Second floor condo with amazing view of ocean on a covered deck. The deck stays shaded all day allowing you to enjoy the beach view without the sun blazing straight down. The beach was very close and we could walk there in minutes. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was rocker/reclining sofas, so not something you could lay across to sleep. They were comfortable. We did have a problem when we arrived with the lights in the living room and kitchen not working. We arrived later at night and contacted the owner who had an electrician out the next day. Some outlets were bad or something, but it was fixed very timely. My boys have said they want to stay here again when we come back. This condo was everything we were wanting-location, comfortable, clean.

Great Location!

Great location on the beach! This was the main reason we booked here! My husband doesn’t like spending all day at the beach like I do and since the condo is so close to the beach I could take the kids to the beach and he could still see us from the balcony so it worked out great. Beds are very comfy and they provide a lot of towels/washcloths which was nice! Internet worked great and had 3 smart tvs in the unit which was also nice when we were in the condo. Pool was nice and private which is a plus! We were not aware of how many stairs we would have to climb though. From the pictures in the listing, it makes it look like it’s a small flight of stairs. We had a pregnant family member come with us so it wasn’t very pleasant for her to climb that many stairs. So that was a little misleading. I also think it would be good to know before arriving that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and no trash bags. It’s pretty typical to not have those things but most places I’ve rented from mention it in the check-in process/info. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again!

It was a weekend mother/daughter trip. Great access to the beach, corner unit so right by the boardwalk. Owner/management was very nice and accommodating when I got locked out of my email & could not get instructions on my way to the beach.
